Annual Wage Review 2024-25 Decision by the Fair Work Commission

The Annual Wage Review for 2024-25 decision by the Fair Work Commission (FWC)' was handed down on the 3^rd of June 2025. A brief summary as follows:

• The National Minimum Wage is increasing by 3.5% from currently $915.90 per week ($24.10' per hour) to $948.00 per week ($24.95 per hour).The increase to the National Minimum Wage is effectively an extra $32.10 per week based on a 38 ordinary hour week.
• Modern Award minimum wages will also increase by 3.5%.

The increase to the National Minimum Wage and Modern Award minimum wages will commence from 1 July 2025. Separately to the Annual Wage Review decision of the FWC, the super guarantee rate will also be increasing to 12% from 1 July 2025.
