Taylor is Hunt & Hunt’s People & Culture lead, with international experience across Canada, New Zealand and Australia. He is responsible for shaping a workplace where people are supported to perform at their best and where culture, capability and business strategy are closely aligned.
With a background spanning human resources, organisational development and culture strategy, Taylor brings a contemporary and people-centred approach to workforce leadership. His experience across multiple jurisdictions gives him a broad perspective on best practice in recruitment, engagement and performance.
Taylor works closely with Principals and leaders across the firm to ensure people strategies support long-term growth, high performance and a positive employee experience.
People & Culture Strategy
Taylor leads the firm’s people and culture strategy, ensuring alignment between individual development, team performance and business objectives. His work focuses on building sustainable systems that support engagement, accountability and growth.
Recruitment & Talent Development
Taylor manages recruitment and talent development across the firm, supporting teams to attract, retain and develop high-quality professionals. He works closely with leaders to identify capability needs and build long-term talent pipelines.
Performance, Engagement & Workplace Relations
Taylor oversees performance management and engagement initiatives, supporting clear expectations, constructive feedback and meaningful career development. He also provides guidance on workplace relations matters, ensuring issues are addressed early and appropriately.
