Wayne Poh

Wayne assists clients with a variety of commercial disputes in the Victorian courts and tribunals, including contract, property, insolvency and corporate issues.

His experience includes commercial contract, debt recovery, property disputes and breach of contract claims. Prior to joining Hunt & Hunt, Wayne worked within the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team of a well-regarded suburban practice, gaining hands-on experience managing files across various stages of litigation, from initial instructions through to settlement.

Wayne also brings insights from boutique commercial firms and community legal work, combining practical expertise with an empathetic, client-focused approach and a clear understanding that every client's needs are unique.

Wayne is proficient in Mandarin (written and oral) and has experience working with Mandarin-speaking clients from countries including Singapore, Malaysia and China.
